Israel

Israel is a second home to me. It has it all... sun, beaches, ancient cities, as well as modern, bustling cities.

I've visited several times with my family and on my own. I've combined several trips to build the itineraries and help you make the most of your time. Hope you enjoy this beautiful country!

Jerusalem is the spiritual centre of Israel filled with holy sites for Jews, Muslims and Christians. There is so much history to see and breathe. The "City of Gold", as it is known, is magical. Almost all the buildings are built from Jerusalem stone, which is a yellow colour and shimmers like gold at sunset.

Including Akko

Tel Aviv is known as the "city that never sleeps" - and rightly so. It is always bustling and lively. The cafes and restaurants are full at all times of the day and night. The beach is beautiful and has a wonderful promenade that stretches the length of the city.

Asia

Asia is an incredible place to visit. It such a unique part of the world. The culture, people, nature and architecture is unlike anything I've seen before.

I've spent time in Vietnam and Cambodia. The people are so welcoming and the level of service is top notch. If you're considering a trip, I hope my itineraries will help you with your planning.

Hanoi, Vietnam's capital, lies in the northern part of the country. It is a colourful city of lakes, parks, large boulevards, restaurants, shops and temples. Its chaotic streets and crowded sidewalks make this lively city very unique.

Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon, is Vietnam's largest city. It is located in the south of Vietnam and is known for the pivotal role it played during the Vietnam War. There are many reminders of the war in and around Ho Chi Minh City. But despite it's difficult past, it is now filled with young Vietnamese working and studying at its universities.

Hue and Hoi An are both located in central Vietnam along the South China Sea. Hue, which sits along the Perfume River, was the capital of Vietnam between 1802 and 1945. Hoi An is located just a few hours south from Hue. It is a pretty riverside town, known for its colourful silk lanterns, pedestrian streets, a beautiful beach and many markets.

The ancient city of Angkor in Cambodia is the spiritual and cultural heart of Cambodia. The temples of the Angkor area number over one thousand and Angkor Wat is considered the world's largest single religious monument. The town of Siem Reap is the tourist hub, where many hotels and restaurants are located. Despite the crowds, Siem Reap does retain its original charm.
